About physical therapy at Varsity Orthopedics Varsity Orthopedics Physical Therapy, in Southlake, Texas, focuses on treating musculoskeletal injuries including sports injuries, work injuries, hand injuries and injury prevention. VOPT utilizes research-proven techniques and individualized treatment plans directed at providing a safe return to each patient's sport, work, and/or activities of daily living. VOPT is located next to Carroll Senior High School across Peytonville Avenue and offers after school/work appointments. Jason Trojacek, PT, is the clinic director and specializes in pediatric, adolescent and adult physical therapy. He holds a Master's degree in physical therapy from the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston. His experiences and training include sports injuries, work injuries, post-surgery rehab, specialized tretaments for back and neck pain, and sport-specific rehabilitation. Jason is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association and the Texas Physical Therapy Association. His treatment approach includes a specific treatment plan for each individual patient. He develops each treatment plan to fit the uniqueness of each patient including the type and location of injury, work and/or school schedules, financial concerns and post-therapy goals.
